Every effort to ensure you receive the products in perfect condition is taken. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent.
If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the last dispatch date, customers should contact us. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.
Refunds & Repairs
If your purchase from is found to be faulty and is in its guarantee period, please return it to us in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange (within the first 28 days) or repair thereafter. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.
Refunds may only be offered if the item purchased is unused, sealed and is in its original packaging. A small administration charge will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned to us.
